Company file keeps disappearing in Hosted

I am just starting up another business. I have successfully set up my new business as another company in Reckon hosted (twice).
After 2 days the company stops appearing.
After the first set up, I hadn't made any entries yet (just set up) and hadn't backed it up, so I started again..... The second time I backed it up as I had made entries!
After 2 days.... It's gone again!

Why - what have I missed?

    Hi Sara,

    Did you go back to your Q drive to search for your new company file?

    > Open or restore an existing company
    > Open Company file QBW
    > Search company file name

    Yes this worked Kay, Thank you...

    It doesn't explain why it disappeared in the first place. Am I supposed to have done something to prevent it?
    Hopefully it doesn't do it again

    Does it keep happening even now? 

    The same thing is happening to me.  I created a new company 2 days a go and it keeps disappearing from the login screen.  I know how to restore the backup but that's not the point.

    Hi Danielle,

    Yes still an issue

    I have 3 company files now and each time I want to use a different file, I have to upload it and each time I upload it, I have to re-configure the document templates too.... ie invoices (they go back to default reckon settings)
    It is very frustrating.
    Reckon emailed me regarding this and suggested I needed to share my company files in the control panel. Did this, still didn't fix it and so I gave up!
