Good Morning.  Reckon this is a major failure of your systems.  As I result I have been unable to complete payroll and super contributions before the end of the financial year.  There will be significant tax consequences for our business!!!

Reckon you better be thinking of refunding some of our licence fees quick smart!  This sort of fault for such a length of time on June 30 it not acceptable.

If this is not solved quickly and we users are not compensated I, and I am sure many others will be looking elsewhere.

Brendan I am sure you will find you have been on notice that the super funds have said any funds paid after the 28th will not hit the funds in time. This happens every year. You dont need accounting software to pay your super.

Reckon is a public company

Suggest affected users also vent their frustrations at senior managment (who have been abismaly silent on this forum) as well as at their AGM

Kevin, if you are going to nit-pick the spelling of other people, perhaps you could pick your time more appropriately so that your generally patronising answers are less offensive to currently irate users.

NB: I use the accepted British spelling of patronising.

For your future information; abysmally is spelled with two L's.

Good one Donna. And good job spotting the deliberate mistake. I'm as irate as you are by the way. I have to create a new file for a business starting tomorrow. This could hardly have come at a worse time. I do not understand why there are not decent recovery systems in place.
