this error has came up 3 times since ive been logged into reckon

There are a few reasons behind this error message which are detailed in this Knowledgebase article - Error: Connection Has Been Lost when working on a company file
Before that though, since this post is marked as Accounts Hosted I'd recommend ensuring your internet connection is constant and stable.
