ConnectWise Manage integration

We are using ConnectWise Manage and Reckon Accounts on premises.
We are using the native ConnectWise integration.
It appears that ConnectWise uses it's Company ID to map to the Customer name field in Reckon. This means that the Customer name field in Reckon is populated with an ID e.g. REC001.
Problem is that when we run reports in Reckon all we get is the ID - REC001 and not the Company Name. This makes the report useless.

Any one got any ideas?
