contractor report problem

hi there, I'm running Reckon Premier Contractor Edition 2015. 
Under the contractor reports section it has 4 iterations of Job Cost by Supplier and Job (with different detail levels). When i click on any of these, the blue circle appears, and then nothing. All the other contractor reports run properly, any idea why these ones won't?

    Job costing by supplier to what I remember is nor available .We actually developed a report tool on this but not fully completed
