Copy & Paste on Reckon Accounts Hosted

Some users have reported difficulties using their copy&paste functionality. For some users we’ve found that this is a result of the browser not switching between browser functions and application functions properly.

Before pasting to a field click in your desired field first and then position the pointer properly before you paste.

We recommend  that you use the latest version of your browser.  If the problem persists, consider using the Chrome browser, as our user feedback suggests this browser has fewer issues.
