core Reckon One module update "unable to modify user because R1 request failed"

Hi everyone I have core Reckon One and want to add payroll but this keeps failing after the credit card details are added with message "unable to modify user because R1 request failed" Any help is appreciated.ated

    Is this still happening for you today?
    Which browser are you using when you run into this? Could you do me favour and try a different browser, preferably Google Chrome or Firefox, and let me know if that's successful for you?

    I am also getting this error when trying to edit subscription.  I am also using Chrome
