Correction of previous payslip - calculation of leave hours owing

Hi. 
A client of mine has installed the STP mobile app and has set it up himself.  He tells me that the app prepares payslips for employees and request email addresses for employees.  I was surprised as I thought you just needed to report gross and tax every pay period.  His employees are casual and there should be no leave calculated but the app is calculating it.  The result is a payslip that has incorrect information on it.  Does anyone know more about this and how to fix this issue?

The free micro-business STP app does not prepare payslips or calculate leave balances. Its just for inputting gross pay, super, tax & any allowances/deductions relevant to STP.
Can you advise if they are actually using the STP app or something else?
