Cosmic is proud to announce that we have now got the Cosmic Mobile Invoice available on your desktop pc and laptop.

No longer required to down load from Google store and install as an app and no need to use mobile device.
Outline of what its features:

*** Full cloud desktop Invoice  Add On connected to Reckon Hosted

*** Colored Invoice template and logo

*** Instant attachment to email and email is has basic features of MS word so you can color your lines ,bold it, add a  link , add an image, you can almost copy and paste 400 words from outside and paste it.

*** Display of Invoice number on the subject of the email, so that other part can instantly see the invoice number and who is sending it.

*** Get your Invoices PAID INSTANTLY using automated online Stripe , just send the invoice by email and the customer  pays on :"Pay Invoice link " , Payment is received into your bank in 2 days time. Cosmic will also clear the debtor in hosted for you.

New ADD:
*** You can now get all your invoices paid via Online credit card even if you have not used Cosmic Invoice.
Once you have created your invoices DIRECTLY from Reckon Hosted , you can pull all that unpaid invoice into Cosmic app and send the invoice to get paid instantly using Stripe.

***  Any one using Cosmic Mobile Invoice app can SWITCH to web based with same login

*** Now we have feature to have multiple email ids and pass words for multiple users for same data file . so if you have 10 drivers on the road they each have their own emails to login.

*** The greatest of its kind the Job image, you can take photos of job sites  and give a job description and attach to email and send a quote.

Once the job is done attach the new job image instanlty to your invoice and send to the customer.
