I am using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2015. Recently a series of entries have appeared bills and deposits showing a status "done", amount "0" and action "auto" instead of "enter".I have not been able to delete these items and they are increasing by the day. Attempts to delete receive an error message -could not delete item-. I have "validated", "super validated" and copied the file. The first two cleared the problem but only until the next time I open Quicken. The copied file did not help at all. This does not appear to be an isolated problem. Has anyone with a paid subscription to the Quicken Help Desk been given a satisfactory response. Is this a bug that Quicken have a patch for?
