Credit Car Reconciliation process shows a discrepancy in the balance

Reconciling credit card and a discrepancy is showing for a large sum from a previous financial year that has been closed. How do I fix this so I can keep moving forward reconciling the credit card? Thanks

Carina. You really have one choice here. Go back to where the error starts to show up and then work out what caused the error to occur, then work out what to do to correct the error. You could start this process by going to the Reconciliation area and clicking on Discrepancy Report and see what that tells you.
