customer receives same copy of invoice many times

Hi there,  I am using reckon accounts hosted and I have one customer that has received the same invoice many times over many months.  I have removed his email address from his account details on reckon hosted but he continues to receive the same invoice.  My email address was BCC and I only received the one copy. He is getting quite agitate with the continuous emails.  Can any one help?

    Have you checked memorised transactions? Also make sure you check what invoices are selected when sending other invoices in a batch
