Customer Key -

Hi, I have been using Quickbooks 2010/11 without any problems until today when i went to type in an invoice a screen popped up saying i needed to activate quickbooks. I need a customer key to continue, which i am not sure i have? I have all of the installations discs but cant seem to find my customer number? I cant lose all of my previous work. Can anyone help?

Hi Stacey,

You can probably get that number from the Reckon customer service team on 1800732566.  Give them a call between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Cheers, thanks Shane. Was hoping to get it sorted yesterday as it was the only day i had put aside for book work! All good though, hopefully I'll get it sorted today!
