customers not receiving emailed invoices, and how do i get a report from REckon of what invoices i have emailed and if the reicipent has received that email.

Hi Nerida

You can't, an ongoing issue for lots of years, the best you can do is if you have a new client send the a test email to make sure it doesn't bounce back, go to preferrences, online forms and set up your own email as a cc on payslips, invoices etc, this way you will at least get a copy which means if they say they don't get it you cat take your copy and forward it on, then test their email again.

You need to tell all customers to add to their safe senders list and to check junk mail
