I am an Electrician trialling Reckon Easy Accounts. I am looking for a way to include a job description on my invoices.

I would like to have a description of the job that I have performed, and any other information relevant to the job appear on my invoice.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks,
Alan.

    Hi Alan

Easy Accounts is a VERY basic program & I personally never recommend it to anyone in business as it's far too restricted in what you can do.

If you're wanting detail on your invoices, I would probably recommend at least the Accounting or maybe even, Plus version.  Yes, these cost more, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Have a look at the direct feature comparisons between versions here: http://www.reckon.com.au/compare/BusinessRange.aspx

I totally agree with Acctd 4 (Shaz) Easy Accounts is Very Basic with not much customization allowed, and for some one in business RA Accounting, Plus offer so much more.

The comparison chart that Shaz mentions does not really do justice to all the little differences in customization you can do with each 'higher' version of the product. You really need to see the product in action to notice the changes.

    Cheers
