customising invoices

Am using reckon accounts enterprise 2017.I am trying to add a section in the footer where the amount will be included in the balance due. How do I set up the invoice to show $44.85 and then the total to include the $44.85, thanks

    Hi Christine.  You can either create a new invoice or change one previously edited, to include additional options under the Footer Tab to include Payments/Credits and Balance Due also but this only relates to payments on the current invoice and the balance also only relates to the current invoice.  Anything more than this can only be achieved by issuing a Statement.
