Customising Invoices so totals don't show at bottom of each page, only last. How do you do this in customised area?

Hi Debbie,

Unfortunately it is not possible to customise an invoice in this way.

The design of the template is a page, not a document.

What is the cause of the lengthy invoice? ie, detailed description, terms and conditions, or multiple items? It may be possible to implement another system to reduce the size of the document.

I hope this assists you.

Its due to size of wording descriptions etc

Hi Debbie,

Could you reduce the width of some of the other columns to allow more space?

Or reduce the font size?

Do any of the items have overlapping descriptions, ie a phrase or warranty line, that could be summarised to a customer message for the overall invoice?

Is the current template in a Portrait of Landscape layout?

Have you considered importing a different template layout that has a different table format?

Just a few suggestions.

I hope this assists you.

I like the way the new version of Accounts allows for multi page numbering in the footer and I can get the total to appear only on the last page, but I really need a field that will go into the footer only that I can put Remittance info.  We use multi page invoices because I have to itemise work completed.  Have tried using the customer message field and the Long text field but they both turn up on each page.
