need to change ABN on my app

    Hi there,
    Have you registered an incorrect ABN to your app account? (This post is tagged as Reckon One)

    Can you let me know the incorrect ABN you've registered to the app.
    Also, confirm if the email address for your app account is the same email address registered to this Community account.

    Yes the ABN is incorrect on my app acount.
    The incorrect ABN is 80486577347. I have 6 pay runs under this account that have come back from the ATO marked error, they need to deleted so I can start fresh.
    The Email is the same.

    Hi D Ma,
    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
    Because you've already sent submissions to the ATO for this incorrect ABN I can't delete it. I'll need to get our app team to take a look at how we can remove this ABN from your account.

    One requirement before the team can initiate any action though is written & signed consent sent to us. It will need to contain your full name, incorrect ABN registered to the app, app account email address and a brief description of what has happened ie. how/why the incorrect ABN was registered etc.

    If you can shoot that through to me at community@reckon.com and let me know when you've done that I'll get the ball rolling.
