Data file not found

A new user has just tried to login into our data file. The data file doesn't show up in "Q". I thought I had to share the file, which I did. Now I can't log into the data file either.
I have been on hold with support for over 1 hour - please HELP

Hi Wendy,
check in Q if you have a folder with your company name and cust id - when you share it creates a folder and file should be inside there

I can't access my user log in now. Situation is now critical. No access, support help line on hold for over 2 hours. Emailed support. Might use my spare time looking at other accounting packages.

The trouble is that I thought I had to share the data file (which I now can't undo) and all access is unavailable. Number is 03 9310 7477

Thanks Gillian - now the admin password doesn't work. Is this a major problem to get this retreived? I have a spreadsheet with all the passwords (and only I have access to this!)0
