declined by ato payment run

Error - Declined by ATO error message.  I have tried 3 times to submit last weeks pay run and each time I get a Error message - Declined by ATO.  I called the ATO and they haven't received the pay run.  Nothing has changed from all the other pay runs I have done and I don't know how to fix this issue.  Thanks

Hi Rachael,
When you click on the message/status you should get a more detailed response message from the ATO.

Can you let me know what it is. Feel free to add a screenshot if its easier.

it must be an issue with the app as I read lots of other users having same issue. It took me 5 attempts until it finally worked. I rang the ATO and it hadn’t gone thru. I have since been able to lodge it
