Using the Single Touch Payroll App.

I am getting a red "ERROR" message after I submit my pay runs.  I did 3 as I had forgotten to do them.   When you click on to find out why I get the following:

Your pay run has been declined by the ATO.  Please review the message below and make an adjustment if required.

* the value provided to identify the receiving party is not recognised, or a request has been made for a service not offered by the receiving party..

I tried to reenter one of the pay run and am worried that it is going to record the same pay run twice.  I also tried to enter a zero adjustment but it got an error as well.

The pay runs are exactly the same as every other pay run I have made.

Thanks. Any advice on whether I need to re enter the pay runs or will they be accepted one the ATO is back up?

The declined pay run will be submitted together with the next successful pay run/adjustment. This means it is not necessary to re-enter declined pay run. I always check on ATO maintenance before STP submission.

As Joseph mentioned, best way is to ask employee to check their income statement and double check the period that the report is for.

Also, you can log onto the ATO Portal tomorrow to see what payds were successfully uploaded and if they weren't they won't show up.

Employee myGov income statement figures are the figures processed by the ATO.
