I've just updated to R5, and my remittance template changed and was very basic. The only way I could make changes was to create a copy, which I've done. But now even though I've made the original inactive, the one I want to use doesn't come up automatically, I have to manually select it.
Is there a way to make my copy come up as the preferred style, so I don't have to select every time I want to email or print a remittance?
We are using Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2015

check to see preferences set correctly to auto recall then create dummy invoice/po/del note and save & new, then create new invoice and last used template should appear. delete dummy invoice.

Its the remittance advices I am asking about, not the invoices.

You need to drop down the form selection box to pick up your modified form, it would be nice to have a default selection available

Was anyone able to add a text box successfully to their personalised Remittance template? I can see the boarders only; no text. Text is reasonable size and black in colour but does not show up!

Anyone get an answer from Reckon yet! I'm also having this problem and there are no answers in the help menu. It has only happened with the upgrade. I've had to repair all my templates, as they all changed with the upgrade. Not happy.
