Deleting a Pending payroll.

On June 25 I created a reckon account and verified it with ato. I did my April May & June payroll and submitted them. They have remained “pending” ever since, I assumed ato were just slack. Today I went in & they were still pending, I went to settings and saw I had never clicked the button confirming to Reckon that I had registered Reckon with the ato. I assume that is why it’s still pending. I lodged my BAS at the end of July and paid my PAYG through the BAS. I then paid my super through the ATO website into the clearing account. I rang ATO today to sort out the pending issue and they said they received the info Reckon info on June 26. Everything is in order with the ATO, nothing owing My problem is, I can’t delete the pending April- June payrolls in the app. Please help. Cheers George

George I found the same thing happening to me, however once I clicked on the 'Details' button the account came up as 'success'. Go back to the original screen and the 'pending' will change to success. Hope this works for you.

Can someone at Reckon please delete my whole account as well. ABN 35 010 810 901. Email -
I have 3 pending pays that have been duplicated when I also did it in my BAS.
I would like to start again with the same email address and I can input the correct info.
I have rung ATO to unregistered the software ID and they have done that.

Hi George,
I'm not able to delete your registration or app account because there have already been submissions sent for the ABN however lets get to the bottom of this. When you're inside the pay run submission, you'll see a status showing 'Declined by ATO' or something to that effect, if you click on that specifically, a full error message will show which will give you an indication of what's gone wrong with the submission.

Can you let me know what the message is and/or post a screenshot of it here.
