Deleting Bankfeed

I have been issued with a new AMEX card so I've needed to set-up a new AMEX feed. This now works. To keep my Bankdata feeds neat and tidy, I logged into Bankdata feeds and attempted to delete the feed for my old AMEX card. I was told that I'd need to enter my Reckon password. This did not work. I entered the password more than once and it did not work. I then thought it meant my AMEX login password and used that and that didn't work either. What's happening? How can I delete this feed?

Hello Jay,

Yes, it is your Reckon BankData password that you enter here.  Its preferable that you type in your password rather than copying it in.  Also, clearing the browser cache may improve the result.  

If after a few attempts refresh (F5) the Bank Feed Management screen and check whether it has been removed.
