deleting the app and restarting from scratch

Hello Rav, can you please give directions as how to delete the Reckon STP app and all of my companies details please so i can reload a new app, so i can start fresh with a new software ID, and then register it again with the ATO.  Thanks.

Hi there,
I can organise to have the ABN registration and app account deleted only if there have been no submissions made to the ATO regardless if they were successful or otherwise. If there have been any submissions made we cannot delete the ABN registration for any reason.

If you haven't made any submissions, let me know your ABN and also confirm if the email address for your app account is the same email address used for this Reckon Community account.

Hi Rev, I'm new to the community. not sure how to start a new Q&A.
I would like to do the same.

Please organise to have my ABN registration and app account deleted.
I have made no submission, I have only done the complete set up in the app.  No reporting at all. I also have removed removed Reckon from My hosted SRB software through ATO Access Manager.

My email is the same for both Reckon App & Community Acc.

Hi there,
Apologies for the delay. I've gone ahead and deleted the ABN and app account.
If you're still logged in please log out of the app and close it fully ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

Give it a couple of minutes and then reopen and sign up again.
