Can you tell me if we set up a number of departments do they all work of the same inventory or do we have to have inventory to each department. thanks Mark

Thanks for your post.

Assuming that you're talking about "Categories"? If so, then yes, you can assign an inventory item to multiple categories.

Hi Ifti Sorry your post didn't come back to me & I was going to ask again but have seen your response. I am not sure what you class as Categories. I had been told that I would use Departments but have found in the Older POS I had to have 2 lots of inventory for this to work. I am asking this because at the moment we run 6 price levels for each product. Thanks Mark
