    Hi Treen,
Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018 will be released in a couple of days and will appear as a seperate option in the dashboard after logging in.

Sorry RAV, if it is a separate option , what should we do? When the payslips will be created, the tax 2018 is automatically and correctly included? We are using Reckon Hosted, the 2018 renewal was paid in time, so I think everything is updated... Thank you.

    Hi Irina,

For any pays that have the DATE PAID 1ST OF JULY 2018 OR LATER (regardless of when the period the work was conducted) then you must use the new 2018 edition which contains the tax tables and STP functionality.

Once you have completed the pays for the current financial year (Date paid no later than 30 June 2018) and any other end of financial year processes in the current 2017 edition you can then upgrade your file to the 2018 edition of Hosted by launching it once its available.

Its due for release tomorrow but please note, once you have upgraded your file to the new edition you cannot go back for any reason so please ensure you have completed all relevant EOFY tasks and and processes before upgrading.

Do we have to have done payment summaries before upgrading?
