Does Your Business Business Accept Credit Cards

Every time I start Reckon I get a window that comes up and asks me If my business accepts credit cards. I tick the no box and also the box that says, Do not ask again. However, every time I start Reckon after it has been shut down, the same window pops up again. How can I stop this?

    Which product are you using? Australian or New Zealand? 

    The Australian seems to have this answer/work around for it... 

    Found in the Knowledge Browser http://kb.reckon.com.au//issue_view.asp?ID=5126 
    1. Edit > Preferences > Online > Company Preferences
    2. Tick Enable Payment Services
    3. enter the number 1 in the three credentials boxes
    4. OK to save.
    Unfortunately they haven't found an answer for us Kiwi's as yet.
