Download issue on Hosted - a browser issue?

Have been in touch with Reckon with this problem but unable to resolve. Using Chrome, when I try to download the backup file, as soon as I click on the file, it disappears back to home page and there is no mention of the file in the downloads. (However downloading a single invoice was successful)
Tried logging in using Edge, which looks great, asks me where to save the file and I happily direct it to a folder on my PC.  However when I check in the folder later, there is only a partial download.
Have no idea what to do next.  Any help appreciated. Thanks

    Hi Cheryl,
    Have you been able to successfully download your QBB file since your post?

    I just tested this process using Hosted on Google Chrome and the file downloaded to my default download folder as normal.

    How large is your company file? (Press Ctrl & 1, example below)
