Downloaded Personal Plus 2017 from member website to a new laopProblem installing person Plus 2017

Downloaded Personal Plus 2017 from member website to a new replacement laoptop using Windows 10. Files downloaded OK and all unzipped to produce 4,213 files for installation. When Unzip tried to run .\autorun.exe got an Error 5 drop down menu. What is needed to install this software?

    Hello Michael,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Installation files are extracted to the C:\Temp\Reckon_Accounts_Personal_2017 folder, so go there and click on autorun.exe to start the installation.

    Thanks for the advise John.

    Have tried the same several times and the autorun.exe keeps repeating the Reckon Temp menu. Checked on compatibility to find that this download is only compatible to Vista and lower Windows versions, whereas Reckon suggests it is compatible to the Windows 10.

    So need advise so that my Windows 10 will recognize the down loaded software.

    Thanks Michael.

    Please delete the extracted files in the Temp folder and start again from the downloaded file.  You can direct the extract to another directory if you wish.  

    If the problem repeats, please download the installation file again from the members website.
