Dropdownbox in Practice IQ and Right click options (export) not very responsive

Hi Reckon APS Support,

APS Version 2019

I'm sending a ticket on behalf of BlueRock user Jye Lorey. While Accessing APS --> under Applications --> Central Console --> Personal --> Practice IQ on APS, he is having trouble clicking on the dropdown box. When he clicks on the dropdown box, it does not seem very responsive and only drops down once in about 20 clicks. Sometimes we have to click away to open another application and click back for the dropdown box to prompt. Same thing applies for the right click options (to export to an excel document). The APS application is running on a RDS server and Jye seems to be the only person having this problem. Can you advise how I can assist?
