Duplicate invoices and payments - can anyone provide step by step help to "delete" one duplicated invoice and payment

    Hi Denize,

    Firstly you will need to go into your bank account where the payment is,

    unreconciled if the payment was reconciled,

    then delete the payment

    Then go into your invoices, the duplicate invoice that now does not have a payment you can delete.
