How to delete duplicate templates

We have verified our data file and get a duplicate list element error.  We've rebuild and identified that the error relates to a duplicate template called Proposal, Consulting Services and it recommends to edit the element.

However, when we try to change or delete the duplicate item it says "The template is locked to keep it compatible with Quicken's pre-printed forms.  You can't delete it. "

It happens for both templates.

Is there something I can do to fix it, or will it correct itself when we upgrade to the next version?

Did you try to show all templates by ticking 'Include inactive' and then try renaming those 2 duplicate templates?
