E0000000027: Tax code can't be entered for non-taxable items. I am receiving this error on and off this time I cant get past it I have tried a work around this client is unregistered for tax.
Why is it still coming up when I see it is an error from 2 years ago?
How do i fix it I am only trying to put in bank interest which has no tax anyway?

Hi Annette
Turn on GST Registration. Then delete the remaining tax codes from the Chart of Accounts. Turn off GST Registration again and that should fix your problem.
