Email from Reckon Accounts Hosted and now the file is locked as it can't send it. It will not stop or cancel the process. HELP

I have just tried to email from Reckon Accounts Hosted and now the file is locked as it can't send it. It will not stop or cancel the process. HELP

Hi Kim,

Could you please try ending the session from within the Hosted control panel then log out (use the logout option in the top right). Once you've done that, close your browser and head back into Hosted.

Let me know how you get on

Good Morning Rav.  I had already tried that, which is why I sent the Help request.  This was late last night though, and I have since logged in and it seems to have reset now.  Thankyou.
