Hey there,

We are using Reckon Premiere Edition 2017,
Whenever we have 2 users logged in at the same time it will not allow us to send emails until one of the users have logged off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Lachlan,

Are you on a peer-to-peer arrangement or are you remoting in?
Was an Alternate Setup involved?
What error or warnings are you seeing?
screenshots will be helpful.

regards,
John

Thanks Lachlan,

It could well be that the V5 PDF Converter has not installed properly.  Try these steps:
  1. Go to Control Panel > Devices & Printers.  Confirm that you can see both the Reckon Accounts V4 and V5 PDF Converters
  2. Right-click the Reckon Accounts V4 PDF Converter and select Remove device;
  3. Do not delete this printer if you are also using an older version of Reckon Accounts Business as well.  You will need to reassign it – see KB5338.
  4. Right-click the Reckon Accounts V5 PDF Converter > Printer properties > Ports
  5. Tick the box RA2017Port and click on Apply and then OK.
Try Save as PDF and emailing.

John
