Email not working from Reckon hosted

I have not been able to email invoices from Reckon Hosted since yesterday?  Is this a wider problem for everyone? The helpline is not answering.

Hi Alanna,
What is happening specifically when you attempt to send emails from Hosted?
Are you encountering a specific error message etc?

No error messages. The email window appears and I press send. The window then disappears. And the email never arrives...

I am actually only sending to our own email so that I know if they are being received or not (I always do this and then forward them onto the customer from there) and our email address is a bigpond.net.au . Note we are sending and receiving other emails okay from that address though

Alanna - have you checked if its just that the window has gone behind the other windows?  when in the Hosted screen - after hitting send... if you press Alt + the PageUP key does the email window come to the front?

Hi Linda, thanks for that tip, I tried it but there aren't any hidden windows and still no luck sending emails

I am also not able to export to excel.  Error message reads ""Excel could not open the data file."

I tried to send payslips today and it appears that the problem is with the bigpond addresses.  What do you suggest Rav ?

That's great news, thanks for letting me know guys.
I don't think we're quite out of the woods yet so we're still monitoring this situation very closely.
