Email Payslip window frozen

Hi there, I am trying to email our employees their payment summaries, but it has frozen on the online print window, it will not stop, close or do anything. I've tried quitting, shutting down Chrome, clearing cache but every timageime I open my online hosted account it jumps straight to this screen. Can you please help ASAP?

    Hi Jodie,
    Can you please check if you have any windows or prompts that may have opened in the background and are awaiting attention or action?
    Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.

    H Rav, thankyou for replying, I've been onto your support by phone and they had to do a force reset from there. I had tried everything suggested in the above thread, but nothing was working. I have now updated to 2019, so fingers crossed we don't have any more issues. thankyou
