EMAIL RECIPIENT BOX NOT SHOWING

EMAIL BOX NOT THERE - I am trying to email a report from Reckon but the usual box that appears in my other company files to enter the recipient into is not appearing - therefore I can not email the reports without exporting and then sending

    Hi Broni,

    Sometimes the box can become hidden in the background.

    Please press Alt + Page Down (not the arrow pointing down) together on your keyboard if that doesn't work try Alt + Page Up. One of these sequences should allow the box to appear on the forefront.

    If the above does not work, please log out of Hosted (File > Exit). Click on the Control Panel > Log off remote sessions > ensure your session is logged off. Log back in and try again.

    Hi Broni,

    Please try rebuilding the data file.

    To do this go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.

    After it has completed, try again.
