I am trying to email remittance advice for our suppliers  since the upgrade of software and now have error

What is the error message you're receiving specifically?

I have just tried to do the same since the upgrade and everything is frozen and I can't get rid of the screen, close down and re-open and there it is.  I am just stuck.

We are currently having a problem with sending remittance advices, the system is freezing and we need to kick ourselves out.  Is there a resolution to this problem?

Could you please confirm if you're using Reckon Accounts Hosted or Reckon Accounts Desktop?

Thanks for confirming that Amanda.

OK so what is happening is, when you're attempting to email, the email screen is stuck in the background and therefore you cannot acknowledge it.

To bring that screen to the forefront, please press Alt + Page Down on your keyboard, if that doesn't work please try Alt + Page Up.
