Email text for sending invoices

Hi
We need to change the text in the email body when we send out invoices. I have updated the change in Preference - Sending Forms-Invoices. However, when I send batch, the email body is still the older one, and we have to edit the email one by one.

We have over 100 invoices to send out, it's taking a lot of time to do it. Can anyone help why it's not reading the updated email from the preference? Thanks

    Hi Tian/Sue


    Go back into the Send Forms Preferences & just double-check that the updated message text is displaying.

    Did you may sure you click on “OK” before exiting the window?  This is what “Saves” it.

    Yes, it's displaying and I did click "OK" before exiting the window.

    Hmm … had not heard of that being an issue before but if multiple people are experiencing it, hopefully Reckon will be able to fix it.

    Was working normal on Wednesday upgraded to 2020 version Wednesday night & changed straight away with no other computer changes or Windows updates.

    You could try going in to  Lists/Templates/Select template you want to change/Layout Designer/DC the box you want to change the Font in/select Font size and description/OK four times and that should change it on the form you need.
