Emailing from reckon accounts hosted

How do you email invoices, etc from Reckon Accounts Hosted? I have checked other posts and there doesn't appear to be  a solution. I have to say, I have spent most of today trying to get this  and other issues working. What a waste of a day and complete dissatisfaction of Reckon Accounts hosted. Not impressed at all Reckon

Rav this is the screen shot from my desktop version, as you can see the hosted screen shot does not have the custom email settings available

That's correct, the email configuration in Hosted isn't the same as desktop versions because it operates on a completely different environment.

Customers receiving emails from accountshosted@reckon.com and not from my email address.

My oh my......this is all getting a little too hard and frustrating. I have spent all of today trying to get this hosted version up and running to the way my desktop version was running and it is far from satisfactory. What a waste of my day and productivity.

Did you trial Hosted to see if it suits your needs/requirements prior to actually changing over?

I have used it many times before, but did not think that there were problems with things like emailing, etc.
