Emailing from Reckon Accounts Hosted

We're having some issues with emails not coming through from Reckon this morning. Is this a known issue?

Hi Jess,
Can you give us some info on what is happening for you please.
Which forms from Hosted does this affect? ie. invoices, payslips, etc.

Are no emails at all being received or only some?

Have the spam/junk email folders for the intended recipients been checked and/or is listed as a 'Safe Sender' etc?

Hi Rav,

We have just update the new version in July since than we cannot email any pdf from Reckon. This is the message we get

Reckon Accounts could not save this form as a PDF. Either Reckon Accounts PDF converter is missing or not functioning properly"

Out IT team have been trying to sort this out for weeks not and it is still not resolve. I really need this function to work so I can send out PO, Remittance, Invoice and payslip.

Can you please HELP.

Since moving to Reckon Accounts Premier - 2019, My payslips and Payment Summaries will not send the email.
Server Busy
The action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

Reckon Accounts Internal Error Message,
An internal error occurred while preparing your message. It has not been sent.

(MAPI error code 00000000 (0) at line 947 in sendemail.cpp)
Reckon Accounts has failed to send email.
Please try again.  

Otherwise it just hangs, sometimes it will pull up the first Payslip or Payment Summary but when you hit send nothing happens.

Any Idea why it has stopped working in version 2019?

Hi Rav,
We have tried emailing purchase orders, customer invoices, etc across three different users. None of the emails are coming through. 
We are sending them to our own emails, and we do so quite regularly without issue.

The issue seems to have fixed itself now.
