Emailing from same email account

I am using Reckon Hosted with 2 user log ins. My computer sends invoices and statements and the other user sends Quotes and Purchase Orders. They all show the same return email account. Is there a setting that Invoices and Statements are sent from main email account and Second Users Quotes and Purchase Orders are sent from his different email account so when he gets a reply back to go ahead with job it goes to him not mine computer?

    The longer workaround is to save the PDF file and then email it from your own email address, rather than letting Hosted do it for you.  Like I said, it will take you (a lot) longer, but it will achieve your objective.
