Emailing Invoices from Reckon Hosted

I recently changed to Reckon Hosted (Last week) having been assured by Reckon that it worked exactly like the Reckon Accounts I have been using for the last 10 years.
I have read problems other people have had with emailing invoices. Not knowing if the emails have been sent/received I decided to follow some posted advice and send the invoices to my own email address to forward on to my clients.
I must say I was at first a little worried as I received nothing. It actually took 1 1/2 hours for me to receive the email.
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Yikes! When I send an invoice from hosted to myself I get it almost instantly. I think you need to contact tech support about this
