Emailing Payslips - Error

Hi,

we are using Reckon Accounts 2017 Onsite, shared from a file server for 5 users.
Since we have updated to 2017 we have been experiencing an issue where when pays are completed and to be emailed out to users we are receiving random error messages. which we cannot get rid of.


We go through the process and when the email job is submitted we receive an error saying 
"reckon accounts has failed to send an email, please try again"
then a message saying 
"an internal error has occured whilepreparing your message it has not been sent. (MAPI) error code 80004005 (16389) at line 1102 in sendmail.cpp" 
then a message saying 
"could not print to printer, check your printer selection. printing may have been cancelled from another program"

I have uninstalled all versions of reckon by a clean method where all files and folders were removed.
i have removed the PDF printer
checked all the security permissions are correct

on the day that pays are processed is when we have this issue primarily, if we try to perform this email of payslips later in the day or even the next day they will go through without an issue, showing that everything is setup correctly, 

any advise on this would be appreciated.
