Emailing payslips not working

I email payslips to my employees every week, and have had no issues until last week.

I get the following error message.

I'm not sure what is going on.  The first time it happened was last week (before I upgraded to 2020) and I have tried again today (after I upgraded to 2020).

    Lynne, best bet is to call the support 1300 number.  There has been a significant Windows update that has created compatibility issues with Reckon. We have had a horrendous time sorting it out but eventually, I gave the tech support people remote access and they finally got  it working.

    Thanks for your advice Gillian.

    Bizarrely, yesterday afternoon I encountered the "QBPRINT" issue when trying to print a report.  I deleted all the QBPRINT files I found which fixed that problem, but it also seems to have corrected my emailing of payslips problem.

    Possibly a coincidence?
