Emailing Statements

Hi. Last month I was able to email our statements but this month I cannot. It says they have been sent but nothing happens. Can anyone help me please ?

    Hi Deb,
    When you say nothing happens, do you mean that the emails aren't received by the recipient(s)? Or is there something else happening along the way?

    Is this affecting ALL emails you send or a select few/individual?

    Which version of Reckon Accounts are you using?

    Hi Rav. The recipients are not receiving the statements. It is only affecting statements. I can email payslips and invoices. It is just the statements. It comes up on the screen that they have been sent by Reckon accounts. Thats what makes it confusing.
