My Reckon accounts hosted is stuck on 'select remittance advice to email ' - I have sent the email 3 times (sorry supplier) and it will not shift. Is it an issue to do with the current changeover. Usually a little pop-up appears to say that the task has been complete, but its not appearing
Mine is stuck on the Working Task Progress.... 0 of 8 sent screen with no further pop-up to actually send the remittances. Nothing I am doing is getting me out of this screen or this company file. On hold on the phone for Help now.
