Emailing reports works fine but will not email any type of form eg invoice, sales order etc.

QB Premier 10/11 on Win 7 64bit PC with Outlook 2010 will email reports no problem but will not email any type of form ie invoice, sales order, estimate etc. As soon as you click on email or the send batch option QB freezes - no error message & send batch box never displays.This is happening in mutli user environment where only two users are effected, rest work fine. Have tried the usual KB articles for emailing issues but none have made any difference.

    Hi Dale,

    Thank you for your question.

    Since this is happening in mutli-user environment for those two QuickBooks users only, can you try login to that file as the same QuickBooks user (which is having the emailing freezing issue) on another PC, and also login as a different QuickBooks user (which is not having the emailing freezing issue) on the same PC?

    On the other hand, for those 2 QuickBooks users having the emailing issue, can you login in single-user mode and test on the original PC and also on another PC?
